We live in challenging times-- who can deny it? Venerable Thich Nhat Hahn of Vietnam
implores us to rise to the occasion through mindful awareness and to straightforwardly
embrace the suffering joyfully. The Six Kinds of Tibetan Mindfulness and Lama Surya’s
guide for Mindful Anger Management can help us apply universal principles to 
the challenges and uncertainties of these days.

Let’s bring our Dharma into daily life – through mindfulness and kindfullness. 
Look around the circle of kindred spirits. Most of us are not reclusive cave yogis, ashram
dwellers, monks or nuns. Integration is the name of the game, not seclusion. Dancing
with life. Why be a wallflower on life’s dance floor when we can move to any sort of music?
Why limit oneSelf?!

Daily life is where the rubber meets the road on the spiritual path. In the ancient,
yet timeless Dzogchen tradition of Tibet (the Natural Great Perfection), the View,
Meditation and Action lead to integration, application, and enhancement-- stepping up,
stepping out, taking it to the next level. Drawing upon his five decades of immersion
in Buddhist, Hindu and other traditions’ teachings - in retreats, ashrams, and
sacred places - Lama Surya Das will guide us in exploring what it means to pick
up our  meditation cushions and walk - awakening the mind, opening the heart -  
kindfully bringing light and love into each new day.
